个人简介
殷雷,教授,博士生导师,重庆医科大学附属儿童医院国家临床医学研究中心,国家高层次青年人才,重庆高层次引进人才。主要从事抗原识别及基因编辑医药挖掘,发表学术论文近50篇。以第一作者/通讯作者在《Immunity》、《Nature communications》(2篇)、《Genome Biology》、《PNAS》(2篇)、《Science Advances》、《EClinicalMedicine》、《Molecular Therapy》、《Plos Biology》(2篇)等专业TOP期刊上发表研究成果30余篇,3篇配发特邀评论重点介绍,一篇入选杂志封面并入选ESI高被引。主持国家重点重大课题和国家自然科学基金多项,获省部级科技进步奖一等奖,担任中国生物物理学会人工智能生物学分会委员,武汉生物物理学会理事长,国家重点研发计划二审专家等。近5年来,围绕抗原和TCR/BCR的筛选鉴定、单细胞TCR/BCR和空间TCR/BCR大数据研究、分子互作和结构分析、低脱靶多基因编辑和相关医药挖掘等方面建立了新的技术平台体系,开发出多个自主产权的抗原识别增强新方法、低脱靶Cas12a基因编辑酶和小分子候选药物,授权专利5项,转化一项。组建抗原识别数字平台和基因编辑平台,每年招收硕博士2-4人和医院固定研究人员1-2人。
